This Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) Policy covers all activities of “Mega Insurance” OJSC. We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and to preventing any deterioration of health due to unpleasant and unfortunate incidents and injuries for any employee or other relevant stakeholder, in full compliance with Azerbaijani legislation and the internal rules adopted by the company.

We also aim to take appropriate measures for the protection of the environment and the prevention of environmental pollution, and we work in the following areas for its sustainable implementation:

• Determination of Objectives and Targets: Establishing specific objectives and targets to drive continuous improvement in health, occupational safety, and environmental indicators.
• Integration of HSSE Principles: Incorporation of HSSE principles into the company's decisions and operations. 
• Preventive Measures: Implementation of preventive measures in work processes and our practices.
  
• Training and Information: Providing information and necessary training to employees and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements in workplaces. 
  
• Reducing Environmental Impact: Reducing environmental impact through optimizing waste production, conserving natural resources, and promoting conservation and recycling.
  
• Optimal Resource Use: Maintaining appropriate equipment, office, and working conditions through optimal use of resources that eliminate or minimize health, occupational safety, and environmental risks.
  
• Resource Allocation: Providing the necessary resources to implement this policy.
