Mortgage Property Insurance
“Mega Insurance” OJSC is a member insurer at Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, is included in the registry of Fund`s partners and provides appropriate mortgage insurance policies.
Mortgage insurance provides coverage to real estate under mortgage against the following risks:
- Fire and/ or lightning;
- Explosion;
- Flood, torrent;
- Storm and tempest;
- Internal water;
- Malicious damage by third parties;
- Impact with vehicles or aircrafts and/or their parts;
- Landslide, ground heave, subsidence;
- Earthquake.
